Search the Web for "marijuana movies" and you'll invariably find lists of movies featuring people smoking alot of pot or documentaries encouraging or condemning its use. While we love Cheech and Chong as much as any weed smoker (and highly recommend their films), there is a type of movie that falls into an often unmentioned category we call Movies That Are Really Great to Watch With a Buzz. Maybe it's because the visual style is trippy eye candy, or it has a buzz-enhancing soundtrack, or (hopefully) a combination of both. They're the kinds of movies that, when you're watching them, you might think to yourself, "Wow, this would be a good movie to get high and watch!"

While no list of this type could ever be all-inclusive, we've provided what we think is a damn good list of movies to watch with a buzz. You've probably seen alot of these movies before, but some of them you might not have seen with a properly tuned head. Maybe it's time for a trip to the DVD rental store.
